The Telegraph reports that following the summer floods in June and July last year the number of households still living in caravans had fallen by more than 40 per cent between March and the end of April (from 2,400 to 1,429). Around 5,650 households are only partially back in their houses. This shows the ongoing misery caused by the flood events which initially affected 48,000 homes.
