LJM Associates Ltd provides risk management consultancy and training in the following areas:

Previous projects have included:
- Individual manager and management team development, training and support;
- Management system design and implementation through to certification;
- Specific policy or procedure design and implementation to meet system standards such as ISO 9000, EFSIS or BRC Global Standard;
- Third party auditing on behalf of clients and/or developed and implemented internal auditing systems;
- Writing and editing of books including “Quality Management Systems in the Food and Drink Industry” which is published by Chadwick House Publishing and the Institute of Food science and Technology (IFST) 5th Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice;
- Developing integrated management systems for business working at several levels within the food supply chain to address food safety, business risk management and corporate social responsibility;
- Design and implementation of HACCP Plans including facilitating teams;
- Bespoke grower specific operating and training manuals, COSHH manuals and risk assessments;
- Management training, designing and conducting training courses and symposia/workshops on a variety of quality management topics such as EN ISO 9000, HACCP, BRC Global Standard, EUREPGAP, Assured Produce, Quality Assurance and Internal/Supplier Auditing, IPPC, Animal welfare. I am a registered tutor for CIEH Food Safety, Nutrition and Environmental Courses
