The "I"s of effective management

There are so many "I"s of effective management that I thought I would just list the words:

  • Innovative
  • Inspiring
  • Instinctive
  • Influencing
  • Improving
  • Involves others
  • Interview skills

There weren't so many "J"s and "K"s - except being knowledgeable - "L"s tomorrow
