Migraines - do you suffer

Having had the first migraine for about three months - I thought I would post on the condition. All my family suffer from migraines on my mothers side - females and males and all three of my children. I am usually very good and I don't let myself eat the foods and drinks that cause migraines - don't let myself dehydrate or sleep too long in one go.

On this occasion, I thought I would be alright to eat strong cheddar cheese because it was cooked - but some of it must have been raw - so I had thirty hours of migraine. I read this very interesting article in the Independent about migraine. Check it out as it contains a lot of useful information for sufferers and people who are trying to support sufferers. So for me it's back to being good and keeping away from the triggers that can cause a migraine.
