Antartic melt releasing DDT

National Geographic News reports that dangerous chemicals that had been locked in ice for decades are now being released as climate change melts Antarctic glaciers. Scientists made the discovery when studying the levels of pollutants such as DDT in the fat and eggs of Adélie penguins. Follow the links to read more about this concerning development.
