UK Government is missing its carbon targets

The Guardian reports on the performance of  UK Government departments in meeting their own environmental targets. In some areas carbon emissions have increased not decreased and the Government will find it difficult to meet its goal of being carbon neutral by 2012. Follow the link for more details.
